闪存事业部：掌握了存储控制器开发、固件设计、封装测试等核心技术，为运营商、互联网、金融、消费电子等行业进行定制化的设计、研发、生产与服务。 产品涵盖企业级固态硬盘、数据中心级固态硬盘、消费级固态硬盘、嵌入式存储领域，为服务器、数据中心、个人电脑、移动终端、智能穿戴等应用提供高性能、高可靠性的产品与解决方案。

岗位职责： 1、深入研究存储器件特性（NAND Flash、DRAM等），结合其电气学特性开发存储器件应用和管理算法； 2、通过各项测试对存储器件进行性能、可靠性、寿命等系统性能评估，分析测试数据，对器件进行理论建模； 3、理解存储产品软硬件架构，适配架构开发介质应用算法，提升存储产品竞争力； 4、负责存储产品全生命周期存储器件导入和维护，提升产品良率、降低DPPM； 5、跟踪介质算法技术前沿，开展前瞻性技术预研与验证； 6、协同固件、芯片团队，推动介质应用、算法落地及测试问题闭环，整理介质与算法应用、测试经验，形成技术规范与指导方案。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、电子信息类相关专业优先； 2、精通C/C++/python编程语言，具备良好的数学建模与问题排查能力； 3、对技术有追求。

工作地点：杭州/深圳/苏州/成都可选。
