1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、通信工程、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、扎实掌握模电/数电理论；熟练使用Cadence/PADS等EDA工具进行原理图设计；具备C/Python，Verilog基础编程能力； 3、加分项：有带队参加电子设计竞赛等赛事并获奖的经验。
