学历与语言： 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信等相关专业；具备良好的英文阅读能力，能熟练阅读英文技术文档（如Intel/AMD规格书）。 专业经验： 3年以上服务器/存储产品测试经验，熟悉服务器硬件架构（CPU、内存、硬盘、RAID卡、网卡等）及工作原理。 操作系统与脚本： 熟悉Linux和Windows Server操作系统，精通Linux常用命令，能熟练编写Shell脚本进行自动化测试或日志分析。 职业素养： 具备较强的学习能力和逻辑分析能力，工作耐心细致，能适应项目高峰期的一定强度加班。 加分项： 具备Python/C/C++等测试开发能力，或有自动化测试框架搭建经验者优先。
