团队搭建与组织建设： 负责硬件团队的架构设计与职责规划，包括关键岗位识别、人才梯队建设、招聘与保留，确保组织能力匹配业务发展需求。 项目交付管理： 带领团队完成服务器、存储等产品的硬件开发全流程工作，对项目的按时、高质量交付负责，把控关键节点的交付质量。 技术方案落地： 承接架构师定义的系统方案，组织团队完成详细的电子电路设计、器件选型、调试和物料认证，确保设计方案在工程端被准确执行。 跨部门协同： 作为硬件团队的接口，横向拉通电源、信号完整性（SI）、测试开发等团队，解决协同过程中的资源冲突和技术接口问题，确保上下游顺畅。 流程建设与效率提升： 推动硬件开发流程的标准化和工具链建设（如模块化设计、CBB建设），通过技术手段和管理手段持续提升团队开发效率和设计质量。 技术能力建设： 负责团队整体技术能力的规划与提升，组织技术复盘、培训分享，建设硬件技术平台（如仿真环境、代码库、设计规范），沉淀团队知识资产。 疑难问题攻关： 作为技术兜底者，深度参与研发过程中的硬骨头问题（如信号完整性、EMC、系统死机等）的分析与定位，协调资源解决卡点问题。 绩效与氛围管理： 负责团队成员的绩效目标设定、反馈与评估，营造积极、开放、敢于担当的团队文化，保持团队凝聚力，控制关键员工流失率。

学历与经验： 电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业本科及以上学历；8年以上硬件开发经验，其中至少3年以上20人+团队管理经验。 技术背景： 具备扎实的服务器或存储产品硬件设计背景，熟悉X86/ARM架构、高速电路设计、电源设计、信号完整性等关键技术领域。 项目管理： 熟悉硬件开发全生命周期（从概念到量产），具备多项目并行管理能力，对项目进度、风险和质量有较强的把控力。 管理能力： 具备成熟的组织建设意识，能够有效进行人才识别、梯队培养和绩效管理；具备优秀的跨部门沟通和资源协调能力。 综合素质： 具备较强的逻辑思维和问题解决能力，既能深入一线解决技术难题，又能站在管理视角思考团队长远发展。
