The posting

Een onderhoudscontract loopt af, een klant heeft uitbreidingsplannen en intern stemmen de serviceafdeling en accountmanager de vervolgstappen af. Jij houdt het overzicht. Als Contractmanager bij PBT zorg je ervoor dat afspraken niet in een lade verdwijnen, maar daadwerkelijk worden nagekomen. Je weet wat er is afgesproken, waar risico's zitten en waar kansen liggen om de samenwerking verder uit te bouwen.

Je werkt vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Heerhugowaard en hebt veel contact met collega's van service, projectleiding en commercie. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat beveiligings-, brandveiligheids- en telecomoplossingen betrouwbaar blijven functioneren voor klanten die hoge eisen stellen aan veiligheid, continuïteit en kwaliteit.

PBT is een technisch specialist met ruim 100 medewerkers en vestigingen in Heerhugowaard, Ter Aar en Blaricum. Binnen de organisatie kennen collega's elkaar goed, zijn de lijnen kort en staat vakmanschap centraal. Wat ga je doen?

Als Contractmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, bewaken en verder ontwikkelen van contracten en serviceafspraken. Je schakelt tussen techniek, commercie en klantbelang.

  • Je stelt Service Level Agreements (SLA's) op en borgt gemaakte afspraken
  • Je beheert onderhoudscontracten en contracten voor IT- en telecomdiensten
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en naleving van contractuele afspraken
  • Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers, projectleiders en de serviceafdeling
  • Je signaleert commerciële kansen, verbeterinitiatieven en mogelijkheden voor contractuitbreiding
  • Je ondersteunt bij inkoopafspraken, leveranciersrelaties en uitbestedingen
  • Je kunt een rol vervullen binnen aanbestedingen, tenders of bidmanagement

Wat neem je mee

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld in technische bedrijfskunde, commerciële economie of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Ervaring binnen de elektrotechniek, beveiligingstechniek, brandveiligheid of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving
  • Ervaring met contractbeheer, servicecontracten of relatiebeheer
  • Commercieel inzicht en gevoel voor klantrelaties
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden
  • Ervaring met grote projecten, serviceorganisaties of Syntess is een pré

Bij PBT zoeken we geen beheerder van papier, maar iemand die eigenaarschap neemt. Iemand die begrijpt dat een goed contract pas waarde heeft wanneer klanten merken dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Daarom krijg je veel zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om beslissingen te nemen.
