The posting

Ben jij sterk met cijfers, werk je nauwkeurig en vind je het prettig als de administratie gewoon klopt? Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker bij Frimex krijg je een brede functie: van facturatie en debiteurenbeheer tot inkomende facturen, betalingen en ondersteuning bij de jaarrekeningcontrole.

Geen administratie waarbij je de hele dag hetzelfde doet. Je schakelt met collega's en klanten, zoekt verschillen uit en zorgt dat financiële zaken netjes worden afgehandeld.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt binnen de financiële administratie van Frimex en houdt je bezig met zowel de debiteuren- als crediteurenkant.

Je gaat onder andere:

  • Inkomende facturen verzamelen, controleren en verwerken.
  • Het interne accorderingsproces opvolgen.
  • Facturen opstellen en versturen naar klanten.
  • Openstaande posten bewaken en betalingsoverzichten en aanmaningen versturen.
  • Betaalbatches samenstellen en verwerken.
  • Vragen over facturen en betalingen beantwoorden.
  • Grootboekspecificaties opstellen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de jaarrekeningcontrole.

Bij de facturatie komt meer kijken dan alleen een bedrag op een factuur zetten. Je houdt rekening met afspraken over bijvoorbeeld contractdekking, tarieven, kortingen, garantietermijnen en betalingstermijnen. Zie je iets wat niet klopt? Dan zoek je het uit en schakel je met de juiste collega.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een mbo 4-diploma richting financiële administratie óf relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring met MS Office en administratieve software.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt gevoel voor cijfers.
  • Je pakt afwijkingen zelf op en vindt het leuk om uit te zoeken waar iets misgaat.
  • Je communiceert makkelijk met collega's en klanten.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en houdt overzicht als er meerdere zaken tegelijk spelen.

Ervaring binnen een technische organisatie is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.

Werken bij Frimex

Dat merk je ook op de financiële administratie. Achter iedere factuur zit een project, onderhoudsbezoek of storing. Daardoor werk je veel samen met andere afdelingen en is de administratie direct verbonden met wat er dagelijks bij onze klanten gebeurt.
