Bij PBT werk je aan techniek die direct invloed heeft op veiligheid en continuïteit. Als Projectleider Brandmeldinstallaties stuur je projecten aan waarin brandmeldinstallaties (BMI) en ontruimingsalarminstallaties (OAI) betrouwbaar moeten functioneren in omgevingen waar hoge eisen worden gesteld aan kwaliteit en vakmanschap. Je werkt samen met tekenaars, werkvoorbereiders, monteurs en specialisten binnen een organisatie waar collega's vaak al jarenlang met elkaar samenwerken en waar kennis delen vanzelfsprekend is.

PBT is actief in Noord-Holland en de Randstad en combineert specialistische brandveiligheidstechniek met een nuchtere, collegiale cultuur.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectleider Brandmeldinstallaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor brandveiligheidsprojecten van aanvraag tot oplevering. Je schakelt met klanten, collega's en externe partijen en zorgt dat kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid op orde zijn.

  • Je leidt projecten op het gebied van brandmeldinstallaties (BMI) en ontruimingsalarminstallaties (OAI) van start tot oplevering
  • Je stuurt monteurs, tekenaars en werkvoorbereiders aan en bewaakt de samenwerking binnen het projectteam
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens de voorbereiding, uitvoering en afronding van projecten
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid gedurende het gehele project
  • Je adviseert klanten over brandveiligheidsvraagstukken en passende oplossingen
  • Je werkt aan projecten binnen onder andere kritische bedrijfsomgevingen, zorginstellingen, logistieke locaties en andere omgevingen waar betrouwbaarheid essentieel is
  • Je denkt mee over verbetering van processen, projectaanpak en uitvoering binnen de afdeling brandveiligheid

Wat neem je mee

  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau richting elektrotechniek
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen de techniek of bouw
  • Ervaring met brandmeldinstallaties
  • Diploma Projecteringsdeskundige BMI
  • Diploma Projecteringsdeskundige OAI type B of de bereidheid dit te behalen
  • Het vermogen om overzicht te houden, beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen binnen meerdere projecten tegelijk
  • Kennis van Hertek, Siemens of Bosch is een pré
