Finalité du poste :

Contribution au suivi de l’activité et des comptes clients des équipes Comptabilité Clients Média VBI & Brandsplace.

Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des comptes stratégiques VBI.

Participation aux différents projets Finances & aide à la constitution des procédures (Revenue Management, Sakura, Hipay, Freedom..)

S’assurer de la qualité de la relation client avec nos marques.

Contexte et environnement de travail :

La satisfaction de nos clients passant par une excellente tenue de nos comptes clients, un suivi complet et une rapidité de facturation de nos marques partenaires est essentielle au succès commercial de Vente-privee.com.

L’enjeu sur ce type de business est primordial, les volumes sont en très nette augmentation et de nouveaux types de business sont en constant développement.

Délégation :

*Assurer le suivi de la facturation dans le respect des données, délais contractuels et procédures établies

*Coordination avec les équipes BPO, juridiques, service clients, comptables et commerciales afin d’assurer une gestion optimale de nos comptes clients tout en respectant nos obligations.

* S’assurer d’un suivi rigoureux des impayés et des actions de recouvrement dans le respect des procédures établies et de notre politique de gestion commerciale

  • Relations externes : Marques partenaires
  • Relations internes : services juridiques, BPO, commerciaux, comptables, service clients, contrôle de gestion

👉 MUST HAVE skills

  • Niveau et type de formation initiale : Bac +2 / Bac +3; BTS CGO ou DCG
  • Expérience professionnelle (type et durée) : expérience requise en Comptabilité Clients et Recouvrement
  • Autres : Anglais souhaité
