📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

  • En tant que Key Account Manager chez Veepee, vous vous assurez d'obtenir les meilleures marques, les meilleurs stocks et les meilleurs prix dans votre portefeuille.
  • Vous serez le contact principal des partenaires de Veepee et vous identifierez les leviers pour le développement commercial et la pérennisation des comptes DIY.
  • Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Sales Analyst et les équipes internes pour assurer la satisfaction des partenaires et contribuer au succès global de l’entreprise.
  • Si vous êtes passionné(e) par le fait de construire des relations solides avec les marques et si vous cherchez à lancer votre carrière commerciale, nous serions ravis de vous entendre.

🎯 MISSIONS

  • Prospection de nouveaux comptes : Identifier, engager et intégrer de nouveaux comptes, en veillant à ce que le portefeuille de clients soit à la fois stable et en pleine croissance.
  • Développement de partenariats existants : Construire, maintenir et approfondir les relations avec les partenaires existants afin d'assurer une croissance durable et de respecter le budget annuel.
  • Négociation : Conclure des accords avec nos marques partenaires en négociant les conditions commerciales et contractuelles
  • Connaissance du marché : Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des tendances du marché du DIY, des activités des concurrents et des évolutions du secteur afin d'améliorer le positionnement de Veepee sur le marché.
  • Coordination des ventes : Garantir la négociation interne nécessaire avec les autres fonctions pour construire la meilleure solution afin de maximiser les performances ( supply chain, planning, marketing,...).

👉 PRÉ REQUIS

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Key Account Manager ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence en commerce, en finance, en marketing ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et disposez de solides compétences analytiques.
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques de communication et disposez de solides compétences relationnelles.
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des principes et des pratiques des pratiques d'account management.
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en négociation et de la persévérance pour conclure des affaires et résoudre des conflits avec une approche proactive.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux et pouvez gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Vous êtes prêt à apprendre et à vous adapter à de nouveaux défis dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et pouvez collaborer avec différents départementsVous maîtrisez Google Apps et le Pack Office, en particulier Gsheet, Slides et Excel.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en anglais.
