📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

  • Au sein de la Direction de la Communication, vous intégrerez le pôle Communication Interne & Éditorial de Veepee. Vous serez plus particulièrement chargé(e) de contribuer à la valorisation des initiatives liées aux collaborateurs, qu’il s’agisse d’informations clés RH, de programmes internes, d’actions de développement, ou encore de projets transverses portant sur l’engagement, la culture d’entreprise et la RSE.
  • Accompagné(e) d’une cheffe de projet, vous prendrez en autonomie un périmètre de communications internes à forte dimension “collaborateurs”, en lien avec différents interlocuteurs métiers (dont les équipes RH), tout en participant à la mise en place d’événements et d’actions internes.
  • Votre rôle mêlera coordination, production éditoriale, création visuelle et gestion opérationnelle de projets

🎯 MISSIONS

  • 1. Gestion d’un périmètre de communication interne orienté “initiatives collaborateurs”
  • Structurer et accompagner les besoins de communication sur les sujets liés à la vie interne : programmes, informations clés, actualités, dispositifs collaborateurs…
  • Collecter et formaliser les briefs auprès des équipes concernées (People, développement interne, learning, engagement…).
  • Rédiger et diffuser les contenus sur les canaux internes :e-mails, posts Slack, articles intranet, communications visuelles de messages pédagogiques ou informatifs diffusés sur les écrans dynamiques.
  • Assurer la cohérence éditoriale et proposer des formats adaptés selon les audiences.
  • 2. Coordination & gestion de projets transverses (RSE, engagement, culture d’entreprise)
  • Participer à la conception et à l’animation d’actions internes : moments forts RSE, Marronnier RH, campagnes de sensibilisation, initiatives d’engagement, projets menés avec le Fonds Veepee.
  • Gérer les aspects opérationnels de communication : planning, coordination des parties prenantes, suivi logistique et diffusion.
  • 3. Création de contenus & design
  • Concevoir des supports visuels variés : infographies, visuels pour écrans, bannières, mini-guides, éléments pour l’intranet…
  • Décliner des messages en formats visuels adaptés, principalement via Canva.
  • Veiller à la cohérence graphique avec l’identité visuelle de Veepee.

👉 MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • Étudiant(e) en Bac+4/5 en communication / RH, école de commerce ou formation équivalente.
  • Intérêt marqué pour la communication interne, la vie d’entreprise et les projets à impact collaborateurs (développement RH, engagement, inclusion, culture…).
  • Excellente plume et capacité à vulgariser des sujets variés.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de Canva, et/ou d’outils de PAO.
  • Organisation, rigueur, sens des priorités et autonomie.
  • Aisance relationnelle : coordination, prise de briefs, interactions régulières avec divers métiers.
  • Créatif(ve), curieux(se), force de proposition et à l’aise avec les outils digitaux.
  • Anglais courant indispensable.
