📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

🎯 MISSIONS

  • Acquisition de Talents de bout en bout : Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement — de la première approche jusqu'à la finalisation de l'offre (closing) — pour les profils Tech, Support et Ventes sur nos marchés internationaux.
  • Partenariat Business Stratégique : Agir en tant que conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès des Hiring Managers internationaux, en transformant leurs besoins métiers complexes en stratégies de recrutement ciblées et hautement efficaces.
  • Sourcing Innovant : Concevoir des stratégies de sourcing créatives pour attirer les meilleurs talents internationaux, en vous appuyant sur des plateformes modernes et en intégrant les pratiques liées à l'IA dans vos routines de sourcing quotidiennes pour garder une longueur d'avance.
  • Champion(ne) de l'Expérience Candidat : Offrir un parcours candidat irréprochable, hautement personnalisé et bienveillant, du tout premier contact jusqu'à une intégration (onboarding) fluide.
  • Prise de Décision basée sur la Data : Exploiter les données de l'ATS, du marché et les KPI de recrutement pour optimiser vos stratégies, gérer efficacement vos viviers et fournir un reporting à forte valeur ajoutée au business.
  • Projets Transverses & Amélioration Continue : Piloter des initiatives globales TA et l'optimisation des processus. Dans notre quête d'excellence en recrutement, vous intégrerez l'IA comme un facilitateur au quotidien pour booster votre efficacité, vous donnant ainsi plus de temps pour vous concentrer sur le partenariat stratégique et l'attention portée aux candidats.

👉 PRÉ-REQUIS OBLIGATOIRES (Must Have)

  • Expérience : 3 à 6 ans d'expérience en recrutement, combinant idéalement l'agilité et le rythme soutenu du sourcing en cabinet avec la dimension stratégique (business partnering) d'un rôle en entreprise. Une solide compréhension des marchés des talents est essentielle.
  • Expertise Marché : Succès prouvé dans le recrutement de profils Tech, Support ou Ventes à l'échelle internationale, avec une maîtrise des techniques d'approche directe et de chasse de têtes.
  • Tech & Data Savvy : Expérience pratique avec des plateformes ATS modernes, une véritable passion pour le recrutement piloté par la donnée (data-driven) et l'application de pratiques IA pour améliorer vos méthodes de travail.
  • Agilité Matricielle : Vous vous épanouissez dans des environnements complexes et rythmés, et êtes parfaitement à l'aise pour gérer des pipelines de recrutement transfrontaliers.
  • Mindset & Soft Skills : Proactif(ve), très adaptable, doté(e) d'un véritable esprit d'équipe collaboratif et d'excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Langues : Une maîtrise professionnelle complète de l'anglais est strictement obligatoire pour collaborer au quotidien avec nos interlocuteurs internationaux.

  • La maîtrise de l’espagnol ou de toute autre langue européenne est un atout
