📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

Rattaché(e) au service maintenance, le/la technicien(ne) de maintenance installe, contrôle, entretient, règle, nettoie et répare les installations et les machines dont il est responsable.

Il est également tenu de vérifier régulièrement les équipements afin de s’assurer de leur bon fonctionnement, prévenir ainsi les incidents éventuels, et mettre en œuvre les normes de conformité (qualité, sécurité, environnement).

Enfin, le/la technicien(ne) de maintenance doit intervenir rapidement en cas de panne, changer les pièces défectueuses ou les réparer.

🎯 TASKS

  • Maintenir les équipements bâtiments et infrastructure (pannes, réglages, maintenance préventive et curative) en toute autonomie dans le domaine Multi techniques (Plomberie-Electricité –Bâtiment-CVC –Production ECS)
  • Suivre les prestations des fournisseurs extérieurs et société de prestation de service (vérifications pendant ou après les entretiens et les maintenances)
  • Communiquer les points d’attention au superviseur maintenance
  • Suivre la bonne utilisation des équipements en location
  • Suivre les prestations, des modifications, des installations nouvelles ou modifiées
  • Suivre les indicateurs de délais, qualité.
  • Assurer la transmission d’informations entre les services et les équipes. Répondre aux urgences signalées sur les canaux dédiés (Boite mail, messagerie instantanée..)
  • Veiller à l’utilisation conforme des moyens matériels mis à la disposition des équipes et s’assurer de leur maintien en l’état
  • Assurer le reporting aux supérieurs hiérarchiques de l’ensemble des évènements ayant un impact sur le fonctionnement ou la sécurité des bâtiments
  • Gérer et suivre les communications internes et externes nécessaires au suivi et à la planification de l’activité, les dysfonctionnements et les problèmes rencontrés (Responsable de la maintenance, responsable des services Généraux et Directeur de l’immobilier et prestataires maintenance…)

👉 REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Vous avez une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 années en tant que technicien de maintenance.
  • Vous faites preuve d’une capacité d’adaptation face à différentes situations ainsi qu’aux différents interlocuteurs
  • Vous êtes proactif et anticiper les situations pouvant générer des problématiques maintenances
  • Vous disposez d’une capacité à résoudre les problèmes et à trouver des solutions créatives et durables
  • Vous adaptez les communication en fonction de l’interlocuteur (avec ses supérieurs, ses pairs et des équipes)
  • Vous faites preuve d’un esprit de rigueur et d'un sens du détail
  • Vous avez une forte sensibilité sur l’aspect sécurité
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des connaissances de ADDEN DA
  • Vous avez une aisance avec les outils informatiques et des connaissance des outils GTB et GTC
  • Possibilité de Travailler de nuit et WE sur la base du volontariat
