Estamos buscando una persona Responsable de equipo para Mantenimiento que destaque por su sólido liderazgo, una excepcional capacidad organizativa y una clara orientación al cliente. Serás responsable directo de coordinar y potenciar a nuestro equipo técnico (de 6 a 10 personas), asegurando la máxima operatividad, seguridad y eficiencia de nuestras instalaciones y maquinaria.

Tu misión principal será garantizar la continuidad operativa del centro mediante una planificación estratégica y rigurosa. Buscamos a una persona con criterio para organizar recursos, gestionar proveedores y supervisar intervenciones (preventivas, correctivas, averías y nuevas instalaciones) y con conocimiento de herramientas de gestión. Si posees la capacidad de alinear al equipo hacia la excelencia, anticiparse a las necesidades de la operativa interna y mantener un control estricto sobre la planificación, esta posición es para ti.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Liderazgo Técnico: Dirigir y supervisar al equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento, fomentando un entorno de trabajo basado en los valores de la compañía y la excelencia técnica.
  • Gestión de Mantenimiento: Organizar y ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, reparaciones y nuevas instalaciones, minimizando los tiempos de inactividad (downtime).
  • Gestión de Residuos: Supervisar y coordinar la correcta clasificación y retirada de residuos generados por la actividad de mantenimiento.
  • Gestión de Recursos: Organizar turnos, descansos y guardias técnicas, gestionando los recursos humanos y técnicos según las necesidades de la operativa.
  • Control de Presencia: Supervisar el absentismo, puntualidad y disciplina del equipo técnico.
  • Supervisión de trabajos y cumplimiento de planificación: Monitorizar el progreso de las tareas asignadas y asegurar la calidad de las intervenciones realizadas por el equipo.
  • Gestión de Stock: Gestionar el inventario de repuestos (spare parts) y herramientas necesarias para la operatividad del centro.
  • Gestión de Solicitudes (GMAO): Gestionar la herramienta de ticketing para la recepción de solicitudes y su posterior conversión en órdenes de trabajo estructuradas.
  • Seguridad y PRL: Garantizar que todas las intervenciones se realicen bajo estrictas normas de seguridad (trabajos en altura, seguridad eléctrica, etc.). Reportar y prevenir riesgos derivados de la maquinaria e instalaciones.
  • Gestión de Proveedores: Coordinar y supervisar a las empresas externas.
  • Gestión de pedidos: Responsable de la gestión de albaranes y pedidos de material mediante programa interno.
  • Orden y Limpieza (5S): Asegurar que el taller y las zonas de intervención mantengan estándares óptimos de orden y limpieza.
  • Mejora Continua: Identificar puntos críticos en la instalación e implementar mejoras técnicas para optimizar la vida útil de los equipos y la eficiencia energética.

FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

  • Formación/Conocimientos: Conocimientos sólidos en lampistería (especialmente electricidad y fontanería). Deseable: mecánica, climatización e instalación de internet.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en funciones de responsable de mantenimiento, preferiblemente en entornos logísticos.
  • Ofimática: Uso habitual de entorno Google Drive y Excel para el seguimiento de la actividad.
  • Sistemas: Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de mantenimiento (GMAO).
  • Idiomas: Deseable inglés.

  • Orientación al cliente: Enfoque en satisfacer las necesidades de la operativa interna.
  • Manejo de proveedores y subcontratas: Habilidad para la negociación con proveedores y supervisión de servicios externos.
  • Comunicación Eficaz: Buena capacidad de comunicación con los diferentes interlocutores.
  • Organización: Buena capacidad organizativa para cumplir con los plazos establecidos y las prioridades de la operación.
