Digital Paid Campaign Specialist – Social Media (German, English, Italian & Spanish)

About the Role

We are looking for multilingual Digital Paid Campaign Specialists to join an international advertising technology (AdTech) environment in Lisbon.

This role focuses on supporting customers with paid digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, a background in digital marketing, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with their paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with campaign management, optimisation and performance-related queries.
  • Provide guidance on social media advertising tools and campaign features.
  • Understand customer objectives and recommend relevant advertising solutions.
  • Troubleshoot campaign-related issues and provide appropriate support.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in a contact centre or customer service programme within an advertising technology (AdTech) company.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in one of the required languages: German, English, Italian or Spanish.

Work Authorisation & Eligibility

  • Candidates must be EU citizens or already hold valid Portuguese residency with authorisation to work in Portugal.
  • Candidates must be able to work on-site in Lisbon.
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available.
  • Applicants requiring a work visa or employer sponsorship are not eligible.

Salary & Benefits

German

  • Base salary: €1,100 gross/month × 14 salaries
  • Welcome bonus: €2,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
  • Attendance bonus: €60 × 11 months
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Italian

  • Base salary: €1,000 gross/month × 14 salaries
  • Welcome bonus: €2,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
  • Complexity bonus: €50 × 11 months
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day

English

  • Base salary: €920 gross/month × 14 salaries
  • Welcome bonus: €2,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
  • Complexity bonus: €40 × 11 months
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Spanish

  • Base salary: €920 gross/month × 14 salaries
  • Welcome bonus: €2,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
  • Complexity bonus: €40 × 11 months
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
