We are hiring multilingual professionals for three opportunities in Sofia across gaming support, technology solutions consulting, and digital trust and safety.

1. Back Office Gaming Support Specialist – German & English

Start Date: 13 November 2026 Work Model: On-site Schedule: 08:00–02:00, Monday–Sunday (rotational shifts) Salary: €1,750 gross/month + KPI performance bonuses

Role Overview

Provide back-office gaming support to customers through email, assisting with enquiries and resolving service-related issues.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent German.
  • Good English communication skills.

2. Solutions Consultant – Icelandic & English

Start Date: 13 November 2026 Work Model: On-site Schedule: 11:30–20:00, Monday–Sunday Salary: €1,945 gross/month + KPI performance bonuses

Role Overview

Join an international team supporting one of the world's largest search engines.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will help customers make the most of products and services by providing guidance, resolving queries and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

3. Digital Trust & Safety Analyst – Arabic & English

Start Date: 27 November 2026 Work Model: Hybrid Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday, 24/7 coverage Salary: €1,280 gross/month + KPI performance bonuses

Role Overview

Join a digital trust and safety team responsible for helping maintain safe online environments.

The role involves reviewing digital content, applying platform policies and guidelines, identifying potentially harmful or inappropriate material, and making accurate moderation decisions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures consistently.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive online content.

Relocation Package – All Three Roles

Available to eligible international candidates:

  • €1,200 gross relocation bonus, paid in two instalments, to support relocation and initial rental costs.
  • 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival.
  • Assistance with finding long-term accommodation.
  • Company-covered flight ticket to Sofia.

Work Authorisation & Eligibility

For all three positions:

  • Candidates must be EU citizens or already hold valid Bulgarian residency with authorisation to work in Bulgaria.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Bulgaria before starting employment.
