A VELUX Magyarország LKR Kft. telephelyeire épületkarbantartó kollégát keresünk! Fő feladat a telephelyeinken található épületek, építmények állagának megóvása, a hozzá kapcsolódó gépek, berendezések, rendszerek karbantartása, az ott tapasztalt eseti villamos- és mechanikus hibák gyors és szakszerű kijavítása.

Mit kínálunk?

  • Kiemelt fix havi bér, 30%-os délutáni (18:00-22:00) pótlékkal
  • Éves bruttó 576.000 Ft értékű cafeteria keretösszeg választható elemekkel, az első munkanapodtól kezdődően

Mik lesznek a feladataid?

  • Épületek, építmények és a hozzájuk tartozó gépek berendezések, rendszerek megelőző karbantartása TPM elvek alapján. Az ott tapasztalt eseti mechanikus hibák gyors és szakszerű kijavítása.
  • Az ott tapasztalt eseti villamos- és mechanikus hibákat gyors és szakszerű javítása
  • Külsős karbantartási munkavállalók munkavégzésének felügyelete.
  • Magasban végzendő épületkarbantartási feladatok és hibajavítások elvégzése.
  • Az épületkarbantartáshoz, javításhoz szükséges anyagok beszerzése.
  • Épületfelügyeleti rendszer működtetése.
  • A telepített fűtési rendszerek felülvizsgálata, ellenőrző mérések és beállítások elvégzése a megfelelő eszközökkel.
  • Kazánok, kazánház és kiszolgáló helyiségeinek karbantartása és kezelése
  • Karbantartja és kezeli a kazánokat, kazánházat és kiszolgáló helyiségeit.
  • Biztosítja a létesítményben előírt hőmérsékletet folyamatosan és egyenletesen – figyelembe véve a környezeti hőmérséklet változásokat.
  • Forgácskezelés támogatása
