Als Manufacturing Engineer analyseer en optimaliseer je onze productieprocessen voor mechanische producten en systemen van Vencomatic, Agro Supply en Van Gent. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie staan daarbij centraal. Met een systematische én praktische aanpak zorg je dat processen slimmer, stabieler en beter beheersbaar worden. Je bent volop bezig met het verbeteren en borgen van productieprocessen en documentatie en ondersteunt daarnaast de ontwikkeling van tooling en rapportages.

Wij zijn een innovatief familiebedrijf dat wereldwijd de pluimveehouderij duurzamer en diervriendelijker wil maken - met oog voor efficiëntie en welzijn van dier en boer.

Jouw carrière

  • Analyseren en verbeteren van productie- en bedrijfsprocessen met focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continu verbeteren;
  • Ontwikkelen, vereenvoudigen en borgen van mechanische producten, documentatie en productietools;
  • Initiëren en realiseren van verbeteringen op de werkvloer;
  • Samenwerken met R&D, Productie, Bedrijfsbureau, Logistiek aan verbeterprojecten;
  • Implementeren van nieuwe technologieën en innovaties binnen mechanical engineering en manufacturing;
  • Werken aan productieprocessen en producten voor de merken Vencomatic, Agro Supply en Van Gent.

Jouw talenten

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechanical Engineering of een vergelijkbare technische richting;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een technische of productieomgeving;
  • Brede kennis van manufacturingprocessen en ervaring met technische verbeter- en investeringsprojecten;
  • Sterk mechanisch en technisch inzicht, gecombineerd met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak;
  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en in het Nederlands en Engels kunnen schakelen tussen R&D, Engineering, Productie en Management.
