Je maakt van strategische innovatiethema’s sterke onderzoeksprogramma’s, coacht onderzoekers en PhD-kandidaten en blijft betrokken bij complexe vraagstukken. Met collega’s, klanten en kennispartners vergroot je onze onderzoek kracht en impact.

Jouw carrière

  • Het onderzoeksteam leiden en ontwikkelen;
  • Strategische innovatiethema’s vertalen naar relevante onderzoeksprogramma’s en projecten;
  • Kwaliteit, voortgang, capaciteit en resultaat bewaken;
  • Onderzoekers en PhD-kandidaten begeleiden en meewerken aan complexe onderzoeken;
  • Collega’s, klanten en kennispartners verbinden en resultaten omzetten in toepasbare inzichten en nieuwe kansen.

Jouw talenten

  • Ruime ervaring met diertechnisch onderzoek in de pluimveesector of een vergelijkbare omgeving;
  • Naast een afgeronde WO opleiding, ben je succesvol gepromoveerd (PhD);
  • Leidinggevende ervaring met uiteenlopende onderzoeksprojecten;
  • Grondige kennis van onderzoeksmethodologie en data-analyse;
  • Jij kunt mensen en belangen op alle niveaus verbinden, binnen én buiten de organisatie.
