The posting

We are looking for an organized, and experienced Administration Manager to lead the company’s daily administrative operations and human resource support functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• In charge of staff database and maintain efficient filing system of employee documents.

• Administration of all leave types, attendance and claims.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding and offboarding.

• Preparation of employment contract, letter of appointment, memorandum and other HR-related letters.

• Process monthly payroll.

• Submission of IR21 and IR8A.

• Work pass transactions, including application, issuance, and renewal.

• Monitoring of labour law obligations and guidance to management on HR regulations, policies and best practices.

• Handling employee's queries and accommodations related matters.

• Assist in employee certification renewal and insurance (FWMI,WICA,Vehicle) renewal.

• Review internal workflows and facilitate communication between several departments to ensure resources are allocated effectively.

• May perform other ad-hoc administration tasks as and when required.

Requirements

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree or related fields.

At least 3-5 years of HR and administration experience.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations (employment process, social contribution, tax, work permit).
