Sobre a vaga

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Operações Júnior para apoiar as rotinas de pré-billing da Venn. Você será responsável por garantir que os sistemas internos estejam atualizados com as informações recebidas do Comercial e que os dados necessários ao faturamento estejam completos, consistentes e disponíveis dentro dos prazos de fechamento.

A posição requer atenção aos detalhes, organização, capacidade analítica e boa comunicação para interagir com as áreas Comercial, Operações e Financeiro.

Responsabilidades

  • Cadastrar, conferir e atualizar nos sistemas internos as informações comerciais necessárias ao faturamento dos clientes.
  • Consolidar e preparar os dados e documentos que servirão de insumo para a emissão das faturas (pré-billing).
  • Validar a consistência de cadastros, contratos, serviços, valores e demais informações recebidas do Comercial.
  • Identificar divergências e pendências, acionando as áreas responsáveis para regularização antes do faturamento.
  • Cumprir os prazos do ciclo de pré-billing, mantendo registros e evidências atualizados.
  • Documentar as rotinas da área e propor melhorias nos controles operacionais, em alinhamento com a liderança.

Requisitos

  • Residir em Belo Horizonte e região
  • Ensino superior completo ou em curso em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão de Processos, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento prático em ERP
  • Excel intermediário: PROCV/XLOOKUP, tabelas dinâmicas e filtros avançados.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes, com facilidade para trabalhar com dados e processos.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, com habilidade para cobrar informações e pendências de outras áreas.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento prático em SAP Business One (B1)
  • Vivência em rotinas de pré-faturamento, faturamento ou suporte administrativo-operacional.
  • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, telecomunicações ou serviços B2B.
  • Conhecimento de Power Query ou automações simples em Excel.
