Na Veritas Hub, o Designer Gráfico terá o papel de transformar estratégia em imagens que comunicam, geram confiança e convertem, garantindo uma identidade visual reconhecível em cada ponto de contato da marca. RCF - Designer Gráfico

No dia a dia, será responsável por:

  • Criar e desdobrar peças para anúncios, redes sociais, e-mails, landing pages, apresentações, materiais comerciais, endomarketing e vídeos;
  • Desenvolver e testar criativos de performance, com foco em gancho visual, clareza da oferta e resultado;
  • Aplicar e preservar a identidade visual da Veritas Hub em diferentes formatos;
  • Desenvolver peças para lançamentos, campanhas institucionais e campanhas sazonais;
  • Criar apresentações e materiais de apoio ao time comercial, garantindo clareza e boa hierarquia das informações;
  • Editar vídeos curtos, institucionais e promocionais, trabalhando ritmo, cortes e narrativa visual;
  • Criar peças para comunicação interna e ações de endomarketing;
  • Realizar tratamento, ajustes e otimização de imagens para uso digital;
  • Participar de briefings e brainstorms, compreendendo objetivo e público antes do início da criação;
  • Sugerir caminhos e soluções criativas para as demandas;
  • Organizar arquivos, templates e a biblioteca de peças, mantendo os materiais acessíveis ao time;
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de Tráfego Pago, Social Media e Comunicação.

A posição possui uma forte orientação para resultado: os criativos de anúncios são avaliados por performance, enquanto as peças internas e orgânicas são avaliadas por qualidade e agilidade.

Quais os requisitos necessários e/ou desejáveis?

Buscamos uma pessoa que consiga unir qualidade visual, criatividade e visão de resultado.

Para essa posição, é importante ter:

  • Formação técnica ou superior em Design Gráfico, completa ou em andamento, em instituição reconhecida pelo MEC ou de referência no setor;
  • Portfólio com peças digitais e, preferencialmente, criativos de anúncios;
  • Domínio de Photoshop, Illustrator e InDesign;
  • Conhecimento em Premiere e After Effects, ou ferramentas similares, para edição de vídeos;
  • Fundamentos de edição audiovisual, incluindo ritmo, continuidade, cortes, transições, enquadramento e narrativa visual;
  • Conhecimentos de branding, hierarquia visual e tipografia.

Será considerado diferencial:

Experiência com Figma, utilização de Canva para criação de templates e experiência com criativos de performance. RCF - Designer Gráfico
