DESIGNER GRÁFICO PLENO

Objetivo: Garantir a criação e a adaptação de toda a comunicação visual da marca, mantendo consistência, padrão e qualidade às campanhas de loja, tabloides, PDV, mídia offline, e-commerce e CRM.

Responsabilidades:

  • Criar e desenvolver layouts, peças gráficas e identidades visuais.
  • Garantir a consistência visual da marca em todos os materiais produzidos, assim como posicionamento e tom de voz nas peças criadas.
  • Produzir materiais para campanhas (tabloides, PDV, EMM, banners para o site e posts para redes sociais)
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com a equipe de conteúdo para redes sociais, offline e agências
  • Participar ativamente em reuniões de brainstorming e apresentações de projetos.
  • Utilizar IA para ganho de produtividade, tratamento de imagens, variações e adaptações, sempre com base na criatividade humana e padrões da marca.

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Design Gráfico, Design Digital, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio de softwares de design gráfico, como Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator e, desejável, InDesign.
  • Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em design, preferencialmente em varejo.
  • Experiência com materiais de comunicação de PDV, campanhas promocionais e fechamento de arquivos gráficos.
  • Conhecimento em criação de peças digitais: banners, posts, stories, EMM e mídia paga.
  • Desejável vivência com uso IA generativa para criação, tratamento e variações de peças.
  • Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos projetos e cronograma de entregas.
  • Excelente habilidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipe.
