The posting

  • Dar suporte aos usuários da rede de computadores, envolvendo a montagem, reparos e configurações de equipamentos e na utilização do hardware e software disponíveis;
  • Reparar inventário do hardware existente;
  • Treinar e atender os usuários nos aplicativos e softwares disponíveis, dando suporte na solução de problemas;
  • Contatar fornecedores de software para solução de problemas quanto aos aplicativos adquiridos;
  • Participar do processo de análise dos novos softwares e do processo de compra de softwares aplicativos;
  • Efetuar a manutenção e conservação dos equipamentos;
  • Efetuar os back-ups e outros procedimentos de segurança dos dados armazenados;
  • Criar e realizar a manutenção de usuários da rede, incluindo a implementação de procedimentos de restrição do acesso e utilização da rede;
  • Realizar a formatação e manutenção de computadores;
  • Realizar o fonecimento de acesso e materiais administrativo;
  • Realizar o parque de impressão e inventário de insumos;
  • Realizar a gestão das pastas e grupos dentro da Microsoft;
  • Realizar a gestão da Intranet;
  • Auxiliar na condução dos serviços de CFTV;
  • Realizar o monitoramento e, quando necessário, realizar manutenções básicas na rede;
  • Realizar o inventário dos materiais;
  • Realizar a execução das despeas fixas, utilizando o sistema vigente;
  • Execução de novos projetos;
  • Executar a homologação de software;
  • Executar trabalhos em altura, quando necessário, desde que devidamente treinado e autorizado, observando rigorosamente os procedimentos de segurança e zelando pela integridade própria e dos demais colaboradores;
  • Cumprir normas e procedimentos de HSE definidos pela empresa e pela legislação aplicável;
  • Utilizar corretamente os EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual) e EPCs (Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva), nas áreas que tenham obrigatoriedade;
  • Comunicar imediatamente situações de risco, acidentes ou quase-acidentes ao superior e a um responsável da área de HSE;
  • Participar de treinamentos obrigatórios de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente oferecidos pela empresa;
  • Zelar pela ordem e limpeza do local de trabalho, contribuindo para um ambiente seguro;
  • Colaborar com ações de prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais;
  • Preservar o meio ambiente, contribuindo com a segregação correta de resíduos e uso racional de recursos naturais (água, energia, matérias-primas).
