  • Mbajtja e zonës së pass-it të organizuar dhe monitorimi i tavolinave për të parashikuar nevojat e shërbimit;
  • Përgjigje të shpejtë dhe profesionale ndaj kërkesave të mysafirëve, duke siguruar një përvojë të qetë dhe të rrjedhshme;
  • Përgatitja e restorantit sipas standardeve dhe ndjekja e rutinave të pastrimit për të ruajtur një ambient mirkpritës;
  • Njohja e menusë dhe produkteve për të ndihmuar mysafirët me siguri dhe profesionalizëm;
  • Paraqet menunë dhe jep informacion të detajuar (për porcionet, përbërësit ose alergjitë e mundshme ushqimore);
