Your impact starts from day one

You begin your morning checking in with the team. A veterinarian wants to talk through a case, a nurse has an idea that could improve the patient journey, and there is an opportunity to make a small change that will make everyone’s day run a little more smoothly.

You listen, support and bring people together.

Later, you are back in consult or surgery, continuing to practise the medicine you love while helping others grow in confidence around you.

This is leadership that stays connected to the clinic floor. You will be present, approachable and trusted - someone the team can learn from, bounce ideas off and turn to when they need guidance.

You will also have genuine scope to influence how the clinic develops. From clinical standards and team capability to workflow, culture and future services, your leadership will help pave the way forward.

You’ll be supported, too

  • Veterinary registration in South Australia, or eligibility to obtain it
