Die Verwaltungsgesellschaft Deutscher Apotheker mbH (VGDA) ist eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der ABDA – Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Apothekerverbände e. V. Die VGDA verantwortet für alle zur ABDA gehörenden Unternehmen die Dienstleistungsbereiche Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Steuern und Personal.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens einschließlich gerichtlicher Mahnverfahren
  • Verbuchung und Abstimmung von Zahlungseingängen sowie Überwachung offener Posten
  • Durchführung von SEPA-Lastschriften, Rückzahlungen und Verwaltung von SEPA-Mandaten
  • Bearbeitung von Insolvenzverfahren, Forderungsanmeldungen und Korrespondenz mit externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Mitarbeit bei den laufenden Aufgaben der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie bei bereichsbezogenen Projekten

Ihr Profil

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
