Missão:

Garantir a integração eletroeletrônica e mecânica final dos totens e terminais, realizando o apontamento rigoroso no sistema, a requisição correta de insumos ao estoque e a fixação precisa de periféricos, telas e cabeamentos, assegurando que o produto esteja funcional, limpo e devidamente configurado em conformidade com as ordens de produção antes de liberá-lo para o setor de assistência.

Principais responsabilidades:

  1. Iniciar o processo e alimentar o sistema de produção, acessando a planilha anexada ao totem e registrando as informações no sistema, garantindo o controle exato do PCP sobre o andamento e o histórico de cada unidade na fábrica.
  2. Requisitar e conferir periféricos no estoque, solicitando e retirando itens.
  3. Executar a montagem mecânica e a integração eletroeletrônica, fixando as telas, posicionando periféricos nos suportes externos e instalando fechaduras, travas e filtros de linha.
  4. Realizar o teste funcional básico e o diagnóstico inicial, ligando o totem na energia logo após finalizar a montagem para checar a inicialização e o funcionamento elétrico geral, executando correções simples como a troca de fontes ou cabos na bancada.
  5. Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas de pós-teste, substituindo impressoras, telas, pinpads ou ajustando portas que apresentem falhas de batimento.
  6. Gerenciar pendências de materiais no fluxo operacional, justificando no sistema e separando fisicamente em área reservada os totens que não puderem ser finalizados por falta de insumos, assim que a carência for identificada, com o intuito de manter a clareza logística e retomar a montagem imediatamente após o abastecimento.
  7. Manter a limpeza da área de trabalho e adotar posturas ergonômicas.
  8. Auxiliar em outros setores e etapas do processo produtivo da fábrica, prestando suporte em tarefas operacionais diversas, conforme demanda da produção e orientação da liderança imediata.
