Missão do Cargo:

Garantir o nivelamento estético e a perfeita preparação das peças através do lixamento preciso e da aplicação uniforme de cola com pistola, assegurando a integridade do material, a correta ordem das etapas de secagem e a ausência de marcas superficiais para os setores seguintes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  1. Realizar o lixamento preciso e o nivelamento das peças, operando a lixadeira e controlando a intensidade do movimento de forma manual.
  2. Organizar, separar e contar os componentes dos lotes nos paletes, dividindo visualmente as peças prioritárias (frontais e traseiras) das demais estruturas (laterais, bases, superiores, inferiores e internas).
  3. Consultar e planejar a rotina de trabalho com base nas metas operacionais, verificando o quantitativo de totens a serem produzidos na planilha de controle do setor.
  4. Abastecer e identificar as gôndolas de destino com os materiais processados, transportando as peças lixadas de cada kit até o local correto do fluxo produtivo e registrando de forma visível a quantidade de itens e o totem correspondente.
  5. Registrar o tempo de execução de cada ciclo produtivo, acionando e encerrando o cronômetro de controle interno sempre que iniciar e finalizar um novo kit de peças (seja na lixa ou na cola).
  6. Realizar a limpeza, a conservação e a organização da área de trabalho e dos equipamentos.
