  • Kundengewinnung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Aufbau von Neukunden mit klarem Fokus auf Abschlüsse. Du identifizierst und entwickelst gezielt Neukunden im Contact Center-Umfeld und gehst diese proaktiv über alle relevanten Kanäle an (telefonisch, digital, vor Ort).
  • Vertriebsstrategien: Du entwickelst durchdachte Vertriebsstrategien und setzt diese mit deinem unternehmerischen Gespür erfolgreich um.
  • Präsentationen: In deiner Rolle erstellst und präsentierst du überzeugende Produkt- und Pitch-Präsentationen professionell bei potenziellen Kunden genauso wie in Webinaren oder auf Veranstaltungen.
  • Vertragsverhandlungen: Du führst souverän Vertragsverhandlungen, kalkulierst Angebote, koordinierst und steuerst interne sowie externe Stakeholder im Angebotsprozess und verantwortest den gesamten Verkaufsprozess bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Markenrepräsentation: Du repräsentierst VIER auf Messen, Events und Kundenterminen und machst unsere Marke erlebbar. Zudem baust Du aktiv Dein Netzwerk in der Branche aus.

FOLGENDES BRINGST DU MIT...

  • Erfahrung: Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Vertriebserfahrung mit SaaS Produkten mit und kennst dich idealerweise in der CX-Branche aus.
  • Branchenfokus: Du kennst die Anforderungen und Prozesse von kundenorientierten Softwarelösungen und verstehst die Herausforderungen moderner Kundenkommunikation in Contact Centern.
  • Technologieverständnis: Du bewegst dich sicher im CloudBusiness und kannst den Mehrwert erklärungsbedürftiger Lösungen klar auf den Punkt bringen.
  • Abschlussstärke: Du trittst souverän auf, arbeitest zielorientiert und kennzahlenbasiert, verfolgst deine KPIs konsequent und bringst Deals sicher zum Abschluss.
  • Beratungskompetenz: Du erkennst Kundenbedarfe schnell und übersetzt diese in passgenaue Lösungen.
  • Präsentationsfreude: Du überzeugst im direkten Kundengespräch, in digitalen Formaten und auf der Bühne.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Du bist bereit zu reisen, um den persönlichen Austausch mit Kunden zu pflegen oder Fachveranstaltungen zu besuchen.
