Bei VIER entwickeln wir die nächste Generation von Conversational AI und generativer KI, die Kundenservice radikal neu denkt.

  • Du entwickelst und wartest Backend-Services in Go für unsere Plattform- und Integrationslösungen.
  • Du designst und implementierst APIs und Microservices nach modernen Architekturprinzipien.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product Owners und anderen Entwicklerteams zusammen, um neue Features von der Konzeption bis zum Rollout umzusetzen.
  • Du schreibst automatisierte Tests und sorgst durch Code Reviews für eine hohe Codequalität.
  • Du analysierst und behebst Performance- und Stabilitätsprobleme in produktiven Systemen.
  • Du dokumentierst technische Konzepte und Entscheidungen für Dein Team und angrenzende Teams.
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer CI/CD-Pipelines und Entwicklungsprozesse ein.

FOLGENDES BRINGST DU MIT...

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in der Softwareentwicklung.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Go.
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Implementierung von REST-APIs und Microservice-Architekturen, bringst Erfahrung mit Containerisierung (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes) mit.
  • Du kennst Dich mit Versionierungstools (Git) und CI/CD-Pipelines aus.
  • Du stehst dem Einsatz von KI-Technologien (z. B. LLMs, generative KI) in der Softwareentwicklung und in unseren Produkten positiv gegenüber und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung damit mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen oder NoSQL-Datenbanken.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und im Team lösungsorientiert.
  • Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Cloud-Entwicklung (z. B. AWS, Azure, GCP) mit.

  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Agentic Engineering, Clean Architecture und Linux
