Bei VIER gestalten wir die Zukunft des Kundenservice durch den Einsatz von Conversational AI, intelligenten Voice- und Chatbots sowie die Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen. Als Technical Lead Solution Engineering AI führst du unser Expertenteam an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kundenanforderungen und technischer Innovation. Du bist nicht nur fachlicher Ankerpunkt, sondern auch Mentor und Taktgeber für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer AI-Projekte in unserem VIER AI Studio.

  • Fachliche Teamführung & Entwicklung: Du leitest und entwickelst ein Team aus Solution Specialistsauf fachlicher Ebene, förderst deren individuelle Stärken und sicherst eine hohe Qualität in der Projektdurchführung.
  • Fachlicher Rahmen: Du definierst Best Practices für die Konfiguration von AI Agents (Chat- & Voicebots) und stellst sicher, dass unsere Lösungskonzepte technisch einwandfrei und kundenorientiert sind.
  • Ressourcen- & Projektsteuerung: Du behältst den Überblick über die Projektpipeline, priorisierst Aufgaben und unterstützt dein Team bei besonders komplexen technischen Herausforderungen.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Customer Engagement sowie demProduktmanagement zusammen, um Kundenfeedback direkt in die Weiterentwicklung des VIER AI Studios einfließen zu lassen.
  • Hands-on Leadership: In strategisch wichtigen Projekten nimmst du selbst eine aktive Rolle ein und zeigst, wie aus Visionen funktionierende AI-Lösungen werden.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du verbesserst kontinuierlich unsere internen Implementierungsprozesse, um die Skalierbarkeit unserer AI-Services zu erhöhen.

  • Expertise in AI: Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Conversational AI, LLMs und der Architektur von Chat- und Voicebot-Systemen.
  • Führungserfahrung: Du hast bereitspraktischeErfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von technischen Teams (z. B. als Senior, Lead oder Projektleiter).
  • Methodik: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Steuerung komplexer Software-Implementierungen.
  • Konzeptionsstärke: Die Fähigkeit, abstrakte Kundenwünsche in robuste technische Workflows zu übersetzen.
  • Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich.
