1. Kiểm soát và Tối ưu hóa Hoạt động Sản xuất:

- Kiểm soát vận hành sản xuất trong ca của hệ thống Chuẩn bị Nguyên liệu. - Giám sát các KPI vận hành và kịp thời xây dựng kế hoạch hành động để cải thiện vận hành. - Giám sát vận hành Phòng Điều khiển Trung tâm (CCR), đảm bảo tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các hướng dẫn vận hành, quy trình xử lý sự cố cũng như thiết bị vận hành ở năng suất tối ưu. - Kiểm soát chặt chẽ các hoạt động tại hiện trường và hỗ trợ nguồn lực kịp thời để đảm bảo các hoạt động sản xuất, bảo trì được thực hiện đúng cách và hiệu quả - Thực hiện xử lý sự cố thiết bị hiệu quả để đưa hệ thống RMP trở lại hoạt động trong thời gian ngắn nhất. - Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng, năng suất hoặc bất kỳ sự cố nào và đề xuất các hành động cải thiện vận hành.

2. Kiểm soát chất lượng:

- Đề xuất kế hoạch hành động để khắc phục các vấn đề ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến chất lượng. - Phối hợp với QA, Sản xuất, OLA và Mỏ (Quarry) để cải thiện và tối ưu hóa chất lượng sản phẩm.

3. Phối hợp và giao tiếp các phòng ban:

- Báo cáo cho Quản lý nếu gặp sự cố thiết bị nghiêm trọng hoặc các trường hợp khẩn cấp. - Phối hợp chặt chẽ với OLA để đảm bảo các hoạt động logistics sản phẩm diễn ra kịp thời và hiệu quả. - Phối hợp với Sản xuất, nhóm Thiết bị Di động, Bảo trì và Mỏ để hoàn thành công việc kế hoạch hàng ngày/hàng tuần. - Phối hợp với các nhóm bảo trì để xử lý sự cố thiết bị hiệu quả nhằm đưa nhà máy trở lại hoạt động nhanh nhất. - Phối hợp với nhóm thiết bị di động để lập và thực hiện kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ. - Hỗ trợ các hoạt động vận hành trong thời gian dừng Lò (Kiln shutdown).

4. Phát triển nhân sự:

- Xác định năng lực và kế hoạch đào tạo cho nhóm. - Tham gia và tạo điều kiện cho cấp dưới tham dự các khóa đào tạo. - Xây dựng KPI cho đội ngũ. - Giám sát hiệu suất công việc của nhân viên, khen thưởng/động viên kịp thời những cá nhân làm tốt hoặc xử lý trường hợp yếu kém.

5. Quản lý An toàn Nhà thầu - Theo dõi kế hoạch mỏ sét dài hạn được Bộ Công Thương phê duyệt. - Theo dõi kế hoạch dài hạn & ngắn hạn của QSO, Quản lý mỏ và Gemcom Surpac. - Tuân thủ hệ thống quản lý ISO 9001.

Yêu cầu công việc

Kỹ năng & Kiến thức chuyên môn:

  • Trình độ học vấn: Bằng Bằng tốt nghiệp/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Khai thác mỏ.
  • Năng lực ngoại ngữ: Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh lưu thoát (TOEIC 500 hoặc tương đương).
  • Kỹ năng tin học: MS Office, AutoCAD, Surpac, các phần mềm Leica.
  • Kiến thức: Am hiểu về hệ thống SAP.

Kinh nghiệm liên quan:

  • Ít nhất 4 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực chuẩn bị nguyên liệu (RMP).
  • Sử dụng thành thạo AutoGeo, AutoCAD, Surpac, Leica.
  • Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về vận hành thiết bị di động.
