The posting

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Quản lý khách hàng:

  • Khách hang mục tiêu bao gồm những người có quyền quyết định sản phẩm: Nhà thầu, chủ nhà.
  • Nắm rõ và truyền đạt chính sách giá và các chương trình khuyến mãi của INSEE.
  • Theo dõi và cập nhật các nhà thầu, cty thiết kế, tư vấn, kiến trúc sư tại địa phương.
  • Lập hồ sơ nhà thầu.
  • Viếng thăm các nhà thầu, công trình đang xây dựng theo kế hoạch được giao.
  • Tạo mối quan hệ gắn kết và bán được đơn hàng cho các nhà thầu, công trình tại địa phương được chỉ định hoặc tự tìm kiếm.
  • Giới thiệu và mời tham gia các hoạt động cùng INSEE.
  • Báo cáo tiến độ định kỳ và các thay đổi trong kế hoạch tiếp cận thị trường.
  • Đề xuất các giải pháp để hoàn thành mục tiêu cho các trường hợp đặc biệt.

2. Cập nhật thông tin thị trường:

  • Báo cáo các thay đổi của nhà thầu, công trình xây dựng ... có ảnh hưởng đến việc hoàn thành mục tiêu.
  • Thực hiện các báo cáo khác theo quy định từng thời kỳ.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. HỌC VẤN: Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên.

2. KIẾN THỨC/ KỸ NĂNG:

  • Có kiến thức về kỹ thuật xây dựng sẽ ưu tiên
  • Giao tiếp tốt
  • Thích ứng & học hỏi
  • Kỹ năng chăm sóc, phục vụ khách hàng
  • Chủ động, hoàn thành công việc

3. KINH NGHIỆM:

  • Ưu tiên sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp từ trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan đến xây dựng
  • Hoặc đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực xây dựng (Sơn, Gạch, VLXD)

4. KHÁC:

  • Ưu tiên người địa phương, gần địa bàn Nhà Phân Phối phụ trách
  • Độ tuổi từ 22 33
