Arbeitsort: Mettlach Bereich: B&W Operations / Global R&D

Du möchtest die Qualität unserer traditionsreichen Keramikprodukte sichern und aktiv an der Optimierung unserer Prozesse mitwirken? Als Teil unseres Teams im Keramiklabor trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, die Konstanz und Exzellenz in unserem weltweiten Fertigungsprozess sicherzustellen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Qualitätssicherung im Prozess: Du führst regelmäßige Kontrollen an Rohstoffen, Halbfabrikaten (wie Schlicker und Glasuren) sowie Fertigfabrikaten durch und nimmst notwendige Korrekturen direkt im Herstellungs- und Produktionsprozess vor.
  • Digitale Dokumentation: Du erfasst und dokumentierst alle Messergebnisse präzise in unseren digitalen Systemen.
  • Materialherstellung & Innovation: Du stellst wichtige Materialien für den Produktionseinsatz her (z. B. Garnierschlicker, Kalt-/Warmflickmassen, Farbglasuren, C+) und unterstützt uns aktiv bei Neuentwicklungen sowie der Optimierung bestehender Rezepturen.
  • Analytik & Netzwerk-Support: Du übernimmst regelmäßige Messungen (inkl. z. B. der AK-Bestimmung für D&L) und führst die Jahreskontrollen von Massen und Glasuren für die Werke unseres globalen industriellen Netzwerks durch.
  • Prozessverbesserung: Bei Abweichungen im Fertigungsprozess arbeitest du eng mit den Teams an Ursachenanalysen und der Definition von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen mit.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Prüftechnologe (m/w/d), Chemielaborant (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare laboranalytische Ausbildung.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du konntest bereits mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung in Produktions- oder Entwicklungsabteilungen der Keramikindustrie sammeln.
  • Fachwissen: Du besitzt fundierte technische Kenntnisse über die Charakterisierungsmethoden von Keramikrohstoffen, Schlicker und Glasuren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch; gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein absolutes Plus für die Zusammenarbeit in unserem internationalen Netzwerk.
