Voor dit bedrijf zijn ze op zoek naar iemand die communicatief sterk is met een technische achtergrond in IT. In deze functie ga je op zoek naar de oorzaak van technische problemen en ga je zoeken naar kwalitatieve oplossingen op maat van de klant.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent de second line van het bedrijf waarbij je ondersteuning gaat bieden aan klanten via telefoons, e-mail en ticketing.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig aan de slag gaan om complexe incidenten te analyseren en op te lossen binnen Microsoft-, cloud- en netwerkomgevingen.
  • Je bent een krak in het beheren en optimaliseren van Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online en Intune.
  • Je onderhoudt en stelt technische documentatie en kennisartikelen op.
  • Je bent bereid om junior collega's te begeleiden en te ondersteunen bij technische vraagstukken.
  • Je gaat technische wijzigingen aanpassen en verbeteren bij klanten.

Waar ga je werken?Bij onze klant werk je in een innovatieve MSP-Omgeving die klanten ondersteund binnen hun volledige IT-Werking. Bij hen ga je aan de slag met ervaren collega's en zoek je samen naar uiteenlopende vraagstukken. De perfecte kans om je kennis te verruimen!

  • Je beschikt over een Graduaat.
  • Je hebt 2 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen IT.
  • Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory en Entra ID kent voor jou geen geheimen!
  • Je hebt ervaring met virtualisatieplatformen zoals VMware, Hyper-V of Proxmox.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige analytische vaardigheden en denkt proactief mee aan oplossingen aan de hand van een ticketingsysteem.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en leergierig om jouw expertise verder uit te breiden door je te verdiepen in certificaten of opleidingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten & collega's en houdt ervan om je kennis te delen.
