Als (Junior) Manager Enterprise Resilience & GRC gestaltest Du aktiv den Aufbau unseres Enterprise Resilience Managements mit. Gemeinsam mit Management, Operations und IT entwickelst Du Strukturen für Governance, Risiko, Sicherheit und Compliance – und stellst sicher, dass diese im Alltag funktionieren.

IN DEPTH

  • Aufbau eines integrierten Enterprise Resilience Managements: Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle beim Aufbau eines integrierten Ansatzes für Governance, Risiko, Sicherheit und Compliance im Unternehmen. Gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern entwickelst Du tragfähige Strukturen, definierst klare Verantwortlichkeiten und stellst sicher, dass zentrale Anforderungen nicht nur konzeptionell ausgearbeitet, sondern im operativen Alltag wirksam umgesetzt werden.
  • Etablierung von Managementsystemen und Standards: Du arbeitest am Aufbau und an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Managementsysteme mit, insbesondere im Bereich Qualität sowie perspektivisch Informationssicherheit, Compliance, Risk und Business Continuity. Dabei unterstützt Du die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits, sorgst für eine schlanke und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation und stellst die praktische Umsetzbarkeit der Anforderungen sicher.
  • Aufbau eines strukturierten Risk & Compliance Ansatzes: Du unterstützt den Aufbau eines systematischen Risikomanagements, indem Du Risiken identifizierst, bewertest und gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen geeignete Maßnahmen ableitest und nachverfolgst. Parallel wirkst Du an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Compliance-Ansatzes mit und trägst dazu bei, regulatorische Anforderungen klar, umsetzbar und prüffähig in die Organisation zu integrieren.
  • Entwicklung operativer Strukturen für Security und Continuity: Du bringst Dich aktiv beim Aufbau grundlegender Strukturen im Bereich Informationssicherheit und Notfallvorsorge ein. Ziel ist es, pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln, die zur Organisation passen und im Wachstumskontext belastbar funktionieren.
  • Umsetzung zentraler Governance-Initiativen: Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung und den Fachbereichen zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Initiativen. Dabei treibst Du Themen eigenständig voran und stellst sicher, dass definierte Maßnahmen nachhaltig im Unternehmen verankert werden.

DEIN SKILLSET

  • Pragmatic Mindset & Structured Delivery: Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Themen strukturiert zu durchdringen und in praktikable Lösungen zu übersetzen. Dabei arbeitest Du eigenständig, priorisierst klar und bringst Themen konsequent in die Umsetzung.
  • Operational Impact & Hands-on-Mentalität: Du hast bereits in der Praxis an der Umsetzung und dem Betrieb von Prozessen oder Systemen mitgewirkt und weißt, worauf es im Alltag ankommt, damit Strukturen tatsächlich funktionieren.
  • Management Systems Expertise: Du bringst erste bis fundierte Erfahrung im Aufbau oder Betrieb von Managementsystemen bzw. in Themen wie Governance, Risiko, Compliance, Qualität oder Informationssicherheit mit und verstehst, wie diese strukturiert und im Unternehmen umgesetzt werden (z.B. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37 301, ISO 31000).
  • Academic Background: Du verfügst über ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Recht oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet. Idealerweise hast Du erste Berührungspunkte mit relevanten Standards oder Tools und bringst Interesse mit, Dich in diesen Bereichen weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Place & Time: Du bist ab sofort verfügbar und kannst an einem unserer Standorte in München, Augsburg, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf oder Berlin arbeiten. Remote work ist ebenfalls teilweise möglich.
