IN A NUTSHELL

Als (Senior) Consultant – Healthcare-Consulting gestaltest Du den Aufbau unseres Beratungsangebots im Gesundheitswesen aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit unserem Team entwickelst Du Strategien, begleitest Transformationen und unterstützt Akteure des Gesundheitsmarktes bei der Bewältigung komplexer Herausforderungen.

IN DEPTH

  • Strategy Development: Du analysierst Markt-, Organisations- und Versorgungsstrukturen und entwickelst daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kund:innen und Projektvorhaben im Healthcare-Umfeld. Dabei bearbeitest Du Fragestellungen rund um Wachstum, Transformation, Organisationsentwicklung, Digitalisierung sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Geschäfts- und Versorgungsmodellen.
  • Problem Solving & Analytics: Du strukturierst komplexe Herausforderungen, führst qualitative und quantitative Analysen durch und leitest belastbare Erkenntnisse ab. Hierzu gehören beispielsweise Stakeholder-Interviews, Datenanalysen, Benchmarkings, Marktanalysen sowie die Entwicklung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management unserer Kund:innen.
  • Project Delivery: Du arbeitest an anspruchsvollen Beratungs- und Transformationsprojekten im Healthcare-Umfeld mit und begleitest diese – je nach Projektphase – von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung. Darüber hinaus entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit unseren Kund tragfähige Lösungen und begleitest deren erfolgreiche Realisierung.
  • Client Interaction: Du arbeitest mit Entscheidungsträger:innen aus dem Gesundheitswesen zusammen und unterstützt den Aufbau sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen in diesem Umfeld. Dabei bereitest Du Ergebnisse adressatengerecht auf, moderierst Workshops und präsentierst Handlungsempfehlungen gegenüber verschiedenen Stakeholder-Gruppen.
  • Impact: Du gestaltest Projekte mit hoher gesellschaftlicher Relevanz und unterstützt Organisationen dabei, den Herausforderungen eines sich wandelnden Gesundheitsmarktes erfolgreich zu begegnen. Dabei leistest Du einen konkreten Beitrag zur Verbesserung von Effizienz, Innovation und Versorgungsqualität.
  • Responsibility & Development: Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst Du Verantwortung für einzelne Projektstränge, koordinierst Arbeitspakete und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsansätze. Gleichzeitig bringst Du eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest aktiv den Ausbau unseres Healthcare-Beratungsportfolios mit.

DEIN SKILLSET

  • Impact & Motivation: Du willst Veränderung im Gesundheitswesen bewegen. Du möchtest Organisationen im Healthcare-Umfeld aktiv weiterentwickeln und verfolgst aktuelle Entwicklungen rund um Digitalisierung, Innovation und strukturellen Wandel.
  • Kompetenzen: Du zeichnest Dich durch eine analytische & strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen, strukturieren und klare Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten.
  • Academic Background: Du hast einen exzellenten Hochschulabschluss in der Humanmedizin oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitsökonomie, Krankenhausmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich. Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung mit. Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen gesammelt.
  • Way we work: Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, bringst Dich aktiv in Projekte ein und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens bei.
  • Place: Dein Arbeitsort ist Augsburg oder München. Du arbeitest bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort, in einem unserer Offices in Frankfurt am Main, München, Augsburg, Düsseldorf oder Berlin sowie remote.
