Company Overview

Established in 2010, Vinova is a passion-driven and award-winning development company for mobile, web, and enterprise applications. Our clients span the globe and cover a wide range of projects including IoT, blockchain, banking, fintech, networking, and ecommerce. Vinova earns respect from customers by being committed to quality, flexibility, and speed. We strive to build great products by working with passion, working closely with our customers, and through open but disciplined collaboration. You will be working in an encouraging and challenging environment, taking advantage of the latest technology to deliver high-impact digital solutions for global clients. You will be engaging clients in both on-site and off-site capacities.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Business Analyst (BA) to lead functional solution design and requirements governance for large-scale enterprise platforms and public-sector digital initiatives. Serving as the strategic bridge between client stakeholders, end-users, and multi-disciplinary engineering squads (PM, Tech Leads, Developers, and QC), you will translate intricate operational requirements into robust, scalable, and audit-ready functional architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to evaluate business processes, user journeys, operational bottlenecks, and system integration points. Model optimized "to-be" workflows using structured process flow diagrams.
  • Author and maintain high-precision Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), user stories, acceptance criteria, and system flow models with end-to-end requirement traceability.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement walkthroughs with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and development teams to ensure technical implementation aligns strictly with functional expectations.
  • Partner with the QC team to ensure comprehensive test case and scenario alignment against business rules. Facilitate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead defect triage sessions, and conduct thorough impact analyses on Change Requests (CRs).
  • Proactively identify requirement gaps, scope risks, and cross-platform technical dependencies, formulating practical and actionable solutions to keep project delivery on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst delivering complex IT, web, or mobile software development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing enterprise-grade software, complex business workflows, or integration-heavy platforms.
  • Exceptional proficiency in requirements gathering, business process mapping, writing precise user stories with testable acceptance criteria, and producing formal functional specs.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum lifecycles; hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT cycles alongside QC engineers and business end-users.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations, facilitate client workshops, and align cross-functional priorities.

Bonus Points (Highly Preferred)

  • Direct experience working on projects within Banking, Finance, Government / Public Sector, or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, data governance standards, or statutory security compliance.
  • Industry credentials such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or PSPO/CSPO.

Why Join Vinova?

  • Direct exposure to strategic digital transformations for leading statutory bodies and multinational enterprise clients.
  • Attractive remuneration structure, performance-driven project bonuses, and clear annual merit increments.
  • Transparent, collaborative engineering environment partnering directly with senior technology leaders across Singapore and Vietnam.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
