Job Description

As the Jefe de Operaciones for our distribution center in Iztacalco, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our logistics and storage operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the distribution center, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and implementing strategies to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and lead a team of logistics and storage professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics and storage processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
