Misión del cargo:

Responsable de la supervisión y coordinación de todos los aspectos relacionados con la instalación de muebles y acabados de construcción en proyectos residenciales, comerciales y de oficinas.

Nivel de instrucción:

Estudios Universitarios Completos en Administración de Empresas, Arquitectura o Ingeniería Civil

Experiencia:

1 año en posiciones de supervisión de obras, o gestión de proyectos

Lugar de trabajo: Cuenca

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos.

- Planificación y Gestión de Proyectos

- Familiaridad con los procedimientos y herramientas específicas necesarias para la correcta instalación y liquidación de un proyecto de instalación

- Manejo de personal de la construcción

- Excel intermedio / avanzado

- Dominio de herramientas de planificación y control de actividades y responsables

- Comprensión de los principios de diseño de interiores, incluyendo estética, funcionalidad, ergonomía y espacio.

- Seguridad en el Trabajo: Capacidad para implementar y hacer cumplir las normativas de seguridad

- Interpretación de Planos y Especificaciones Técnicas (de preferencia)

- Conocimiento de diversos materiales de construcción utilizados en acabados de madera, mármol, perfiles metálicos, herrajes, etc. (de preferencia)

Funciones a desempeñar:

- Crear y mantener cronogramas detallados para cada proyecto. Coordinar con clientes, proveedores y equipos internos para establecer plazos y objetivos claros.

- Supervisar y liderar a los maestros de obra y equipos de instalación. Asignar tareas y responsabilidades, asegurando que todos los miembros del equipo comprendan sus roles y entregables.

- Realizar inspecciones regulares para asegurar que los trabajos se realicen de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas y los estándares de calidad. Resolver cualquier desviación de calidad o problemas técnicos que puedan surgir.

- Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con los clientes, informándoles sobre el progreso del proyecto y cualquier eventualidad. Resolver dudas y preocupaciones de los clientes de manera oportuna y profesional.

- Detectar y solucionar problemas que puedan surgir durante la instalación de manera eficiente. Implementar soluciones rápidas y efectivas para minimizar retrasos y costos adicionales.

- Monitorear el progreso del proyecto en cada etapa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y objetivos establecidos.

- Entregar las obras a los arquitectos residentes de la obra

- Llevar el proceso de liquidaciones con los clientes
