Vira Games - незалежна ігрова компанія, що спеціалізується на розробці та видавництві мобільних ігор. Наша команда - це творчий альянс, що об’єднує досвід, креативність, драйвовість та професіоналізм.

Ми шукаємо Game Community Manager/SMM, який допоможе нам побудувати активне ком‘юніті навколо наших мобільних ігор. У нас уже є аудиторія всередині продуктів, і зараз наше головне завдання - вибудувати з нею системну комунікацію поза грою: об‘єднувати гравців у соціальних каналах, спілкуватися з ними, відповідати на запитання та відгуки, збирати фідбек і створювати активності, які підтримуватимуть інтерес до гри.

Ти будеш не просто вести соцмережі, а станеш голосом гри для наших гравців. Основний фокус зараз - community та engagement існуючої аудиторії, а надалі роль зможе розвиватися і в напрямку SMM.

Основні обов‘язки:

  • Побудувати та системно розвивати gaming community навколо наших ігор.
  • Постійно комунікувати з гравцями: відповідати на запитання та відгуки, допомагати з проблемами, модерувати та збирати фідбек.
  • Розвивати Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook та інші релевантні канали.
  • Створювати контент, конкурси, rewards та інші community-активності.
  • Разом із продуктовою командою запускати механіки, які переводитимуть аудиторію з гри в community.
  • Підтримувати оновлення, LiveOps та інші продуктові ініціативи через комунікацію з гравцями.
  • Аналізувати результати активностей та знаходити нові способи підвищувати engagement і retention.

Вимоги:

  • Досвід Game Community Management у gamedev або на близькій за функціоналом ролі.
  • Ти граєш в ігри та добре розумієш gaming culture, поведінку гравців, сленг і меми.
  • Любиш спілкуватися з гравцями та розумієш, як будувати активне community.
  • Розумієш специфіку та алгоритми різних платформ: TikTok ≠ Instagram ≠ Discord.
  • Вмієш створювати та адаптувати контент під різні соціальні канали.
  • Маєш сильний копірайтинг англійською - наш основний ринок США.
  • Маєш досвід роботи з AI-інструментами для контенту та комунікації.
  • Розумієш основні community/social metrics та вмієш працювати з даними.

Буде плюсом: досвід у SMM та любов до life simulation / The Sims-like games.
