Vira Games - незалежна ігрова компанія, що спеціалізується на розробці та видавництві мобільних ігор. Наша команда - це творчий альянс, що об’єднує досвід, креативність, драйвовість та професіоналізм.

Ми шукаємо системного економіста, який візьме на себе управління балансом нашої F2P-гри. Ваше головне завдання — зробити так, щоб гра була захопливою для гравців і водночас прибутковою для бізнесу. Ви не просто працюватимете з цифрами в таблицях, а проєктуватимете системну архітектуру економіки: створюватимете дефіцит ресурсів, готуватимете технічні завдання для програмістів і будуватимете надійну логіку економіки, усуваючи потенційні вразливості ще до релізу.

Основні обовʼязки:

  • Баланс економіки: Налаштування отримання та витрат усіх видів ресурсів. Контроль цінності ігрових валют від Tutorial до Late Game.
  • Дизайн прогресії: розрахунок досвіду, налаштування темпу гри та тривалості ігрових сесій. Контроль лімітів і створення мотивації регулярно повертатися до гри.
  • Монетизація: Налаштування єдиної економіки. Балансування цін для гібридної моделі IAP + Ads.
  • Технічний геймдизайн: написання Production-ready GDD для розробників із зазначенням лімітів, форматів даних та вимог до аналітики.
  • Аудит: ведення єдиної бази знань з економіки проєкту.
  • Пошук і усунення вразливостей у логіці та балансі гри.
  • Побудова та підтримка живих економічних моделей: формули прогресії, криві складності, симуляції.
  • Баланс ШІ.
  • Аналіз даних плейтестів і поведінкових метрик, пошук дисбалансу; обґрунтування кожного рішення числами.
  • Написання production-ready документації для розробників (ліміти, формати даних, вимоги до аналітики).
  • Кооперація з геймдизайном, розробкою та аналітикою; реалізація в межах віжену геймдизайнера; пропозиції щодо покращень.

Вимоги:

  • Досвід від 3 років роботи економістом у мобільних F2P-іграх, досвід налаштування Core- та Meta-циклів.
  • Обов'язковий досвід роботи з іграми на етапі оперування (LiveOps).
  • Поглиблене володіння Excel або Google Sheets (складні формули, зведені таблиці, масиви, індекси).
  • Вміння будувати математичні моделі, які легко читати, підтримувати та змінювати.
  • Розуміння теорії ймовірностей (Gacha, шанси випадіння предметів), комбінаторики та принципів розрахунку кривих прогресії.
  • Розуміння метрик утримання (Retention, Session Length) і монетизації (LTV, ARPDAU, Conversion Rate), а також того, як баланс впливає на поведінку гравця.
  • Знання SQL для самостійного отримання та аналізу даних.

Додаткові вимоги:

  • AI-Native Workflow: AI для вас — не просто чати та промпти, а інструмент, що багаторазово прискорює роботу. Ви готові до стандартів індустрії, вільно використовуєте нейромережі для симуляції тисяч ігрових сесій, генерації Python-коду для розрахунків балансу та як повноцінного ко-пілота під час написання ТЗ.
  • Просунуті навички Python (Pandas/NumPy) для складних розрахунків. Досвід візуального моделювання систем. Просунуте володіння SQL для складної аналітики.
  • Навичка прорахувати, чи матиме гравець надлишок або нестачу ігрової валюти через пів року гри (LTV 180+), ще на етапі задуму нової фічі.
