Vira Games - незалежна ігрова компанія, що спеціалізується на розробці та видавництві мобільних ігор. Наша команда - це творчий альянс, що об’єднує досвід, креативність, драйвовість і професіоналізм.

Ми запускаємо паблішинг-напрям: видання ігор сторонніх студій у GP/iOS із валідацією та масштабуванням через нашу платформу. Напрям будується з нуля — і ми шукаємо людину, яка його побудує.

Місія ролі: це роль будівничого, а не керівника готової структури. Ви — DRI паблішинг-напряму: стратегія, deal flow, економіка угод, команда. Перші місяці — граючий тренер: сорсинг і переговори зі студіями ви ведете особисто, спираючись на власний нетворк. Далі — найм і розвиток команди (перший найм — Publishing Producer, за вашої участі у виборі).

Підпорядкування: Co-CEO (на етапі запуску).

Цілі на перші 12 місяців:

  • Підписаний портфель студій з активним пайплайном переговорів.
  • 2–3 тайтли, що пройшли валідацію та перебувають в активному масштабуванні.
  • Робочий greenlight-процес із чіткими критеріями.
  • Сформоване ядро команди.

Обов'язки:

  • Deal flow: сорсинг студій, воронка, переговори, підписання. Перші угоди — особисто.
  • Економіка: структура rev share, unit economics угод, прогнози окупності спільно з аналітикою.
  • Greenlight: критерії відбору тайтлів, процес валідації через платформу, рішення за етапами (тест → soft launch → масштабування).
  • Портфель: управління виданими тайтлами спільно з Producer — роадмапи, LiveOps, робота зі студіями.
  • Команда: найм Publishing Producer, надалі зростання команди разом зі зростанням портфеля.

Навички та досвід:

  • Досвід побудови паблішинг-функції з нуля або на ранній стадії — не управління готовою.
  • Власний нетворк студій і репутація на ринку: вам є кому написати вже в перший тиждень.
  • Особистий досвід ведення угод: term sheets, структури rev share, переговори з фаундерами студій.
  • Вільне володіння економікою паблішингу: eROAS, payback, когортні моделі — на рівні самостійних розрахунків.
  • Досвід у casual/mid-core на GP/iOS.
  • Англійська — B2.

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід роботи з publishing-платформами або SDK-продуктами.
  • Досвід найму та розвитку команди.
  • Розуміння альтернативних сторів і підписної монетизації.

Передбачувані етапи інтервʼю:

  1. Screening сall with co-founder.
  2. Interview with the co-CEO: market, network, and economics.
  3. Interview with the co-founder / Head of Growth: building the function.
  4. Reference Check.
  5. Offer.
