What You’ll Do

  • Maintain equipment records, functional locations, preventive maintenance schedules, inspection routes, and work orders within EAM systems.
  • Coordinate asset transfers, new facility setups, equipment changes, and decommissioning activities using engineering documentation and field input.
  • Create and track work orders based on inspection results and flyover findings, ensuring all supporting documentation is properly maintained.
  • Support Air Quality and Sustainability teams by providing equipment information, maintaining compliance-related records, and assisting with reporting requirements.
  • Assist with user access management, onboarding, training, and day-to-day support for EAM and mobile applications.
  • Validate asset and equipment information with field personnel, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate system-related issues with technical support teams.
  • Coordinate asset transfers, new facility setups, equipment changes, and decommissioning activities using engineering documentation and field input.
  • Create and track work orders based on inspection results and flyover findings, ensuring all supporting documentation is properly maintained.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience

  • Previous experience in oil and gas site administration, operations support, asset management, or maintenance coordination.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong understanding of equipment records, maintenance workflows, and asset administration processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with field personnel and office-based stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with engineering documentation and translate field updates into accurate system records.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with IBM Maximo (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with TrueContext.
  • Experience with Power BI and operational reporting.
  • Previous experience supporting upstream oil and gas facilities and field operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
