ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities

  • • 承担跨平台 UI/UX 移植与适配设计：依据客户提供的规范文档与范例参考，完成界面布局、信息层级与操作流程在目标平台上的重构； • 针对目标平台的输入方式（手柄 / 触屏 / 键鼠）完成交互与操作映射设计，输出可落地的交互说明； • 参与玩法设计与系统设计，承担新玩法模式、玩法系统的方案设计与规则定义； • 输出策划文档（设计文档、交互说明、验收标准），并与客户方对齐设计口径； • 跟进设计落地过程，与程序、美术、QA 协作完成走查与问题闭环； • 在多个客户项目之间并行支持，按项目优先级灵活切换投入； • 参与项目前期方案（proposal）撰写与评估，独立负责一个功能方向。
  • Own cross-platform UI/UX porting and adaptation design: rebuild screen layouts, information hierarchy, and user flows on the target platform, working from client-supplied specifications and reference examples.
  • Design interaction and control mapping for the target platform's input methods (gamepad, touch, keyboard and mouse), and deliver implementable interaction specifications.
  • Contribute to gameplay and systems design, including the design and rule definition of new gameplay modes and gameplay systems.
  • Produce design documentation (design documents, interaction specifications, and acceptance criteria) and align on design intent with the client.
  • Follow designs through implementation, partnering with engineering, art, and QA to run reviews and close out issues.
  • Support several client projects in parallel, shifting focus according to project priority.
  • Contribute to pre-production proposals and estimates, and independently own a feature area.

Qualifications

  • 3 年以上游戏策划 / 系统策划或 UI/UX 策划（用户体验方向）岗位经验；
  • 至少 2 款已上线的移动端产品；
  • 有线上运营的多人游戏系统设计或玩法模式设计经验；
  • 英语能作为工作语言，能够独立阅读并执行相关英文规范文档；
  • 本科及以上学历，或有同等水平的已上线项目经验。

加分项：

  • 有移动端射击品类或多人游戏的玩法模式设计经验；
  • 具备 PC、主机、移动端之间的跨平台移植经验，移动端与主机端均有已上线项目者更佳；
  • 有外包 / 服务型项目经验，对如何与客户方对齐设计口径有深入理解。
  • 3+ years in a game/system designer role or a UI/UX designer role (i.e. User Experience)
  • At least 2 shipped mobile titles
  • Experience in designing the system or gameplay modes on a live-service multiplayer game;
  • Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to read and work from English specifications independently;
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent shipped-project experience.

Plus:

  • Gameplay mode design experience in mobile shooters or multiplayer games;
  • Cross-platform porting experience across PC, console and mobile, ideally with shipped titles on both mobile and console;
  • Outsourcing or service-project experience, with a strong grasp of how to align design intent with clients.
