ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities

  • 协助处理基础 TA 工作，承接现有团队的日常支持需求；
  • 参与 PCG（程序化内容生成）与工具开发的探索性工作，在指导下完成小规模工具与脚本；
  • 配合美术团队，深入了解美术全流程与质量标准；
  • 在实践中积累经验，逐步独立承担模块。

Qualifications

  • 在校生或应届生，能保证5天/周、连续 6 个月以上到岗，实习结束优异者可转正；
  • 熟悉 Unreal Engine，了解基本操作与资产流程；
  • 熟练使用至少一款 DCC 工具（Maya / 3ds Max / Blender 等）；
  • 有 Python 或 C++ 学习经历，具备基本编程能力：能独立写出可运行的脚本或小工具；
  • 对 AI 技术有兴趣，愿意探索其在美术流程中的应用；
  • 具有较强的学习能力与自驱动力。

加分项：

  • 有 PCG 相关实践：Houdini / HDA / VEX，或 UE5 PCG Framework；
  • 自发写过脚本解决自己或同学的重复劳动，并能讲清思路；
  • 有个人作品集、GitHub、技术博客或课程项目可展示；
  • 了解材质/Shader、渲染管线或美术资源优化；
  • 有美术质量检查（QC）、流程规范相关经历。
