Visiativ is specialist in digitale transformatie binnen de maakindustrie. We helpen industriële organisaties om hun productontwikkeling en bedrijfsprocessen te verbeteren met advies, software, implementatie, training en support. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat engineers en ontwerpers sneller en slimmer betere producten kunnen ontwikkelen.

Vanuit onze vestigingen in Nederland en België werken we dagelijks samen met klanten aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken rondom onder andere CAD, PDM, PLM en ERP.

Jouw rol

Als Business Consultant ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de business van onze klant en onze technische consultants. Je bent vanaf de eerste fase van een traject betrokken en speelt daarmee een belangrijke rol in zowel pre-sales als de implementatie.

Je analyseert de uitdagingen en ambities van de klant en vertaalt deze naar een helder functioneel ontwerp en een passende oplossingsarchitectuur. Vervolgens draag je deze over aan de technische consultants, die onder leiding van de Project Manager zorgen voor de technische realisatie.

Ook tijdens de uitvoering blijf je nauw betrokken. Als onderdeel van de stuurgroep bewaak je de gekozen oplossing en zorg je ervoor dat deze blijft aansluiten bij de doelstellingen en behoeften van de klant.

Daarnaast ondersteun je onze salesorganisatie bij klantgesprekken en presentaties. Je weet onze aanpak overtuigend te presenteren en kunt jouw kennis van de maakindustrie inzetten om klanten inhoudelijk te adviseren.

Dit ga je doen

  • Analyseren van businessvraagstukken en processen bij klanten binnen de maakindustrie.
  • Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar functionele ontwerpen en oplossingsrichtingen.
  • Adviseren over oplossingen op het gebied van onder andere PDM, PLM, ERP en documentmanagement.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de functionele architectuur binnen implementatieprojecten.
  • Samenwerken met technische consultants en Project Managers tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Bewaken van de gekozen oplossing vanuit de stuurgroep en fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt.
  • Ondersteunen van sales bij pre-sales trajecten, klantpresentaties en het uitwerken van oplossingen.
  • Inzetten van jouw kennis van productontwikkeling en de maakindustrie om klanten verder te helpen.

Dit breng je mee

We zoeken een ervaren gesprekspartner die gemakkelijk schakelt tussen business, IT en techniek. Je begrijpt de uitdagingen van industriële organisaties en weet deze te vertalen naar concrete en haalbare oplossingen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een HBO- of WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in bedrijfskunde, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het vertalen van businessvraagstukken naar functionele IT-oplossingen.
  • Je hebt kennis van productontwikkelingsprocessen en de maakindustrie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met software-implementaties en begrijpt wat nodig is om veranderingen succesvol te realiseren.
  • Je bent een stevige en geloofwaardige gesprekspartner voor klanten, ook op directieniveau.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een goed ontwikkeld commercieel gevoel en ziet kansen om klanten verder te helpen.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, flexibel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werkzaamheden.
  • Je vindt het leuk om te schakelen tussen verschillende klanten, projecten en vraagstukken.
