🔎 VOS FUTURES MISSIONS

Vous intervenez sur un périmètre de comptes stratégiques industriels à fort potentiel, avec un enjeu double : développer l’existant et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes structurants.

Vous adressez des interlocuteurs clés côté métiers et IT (DSI, directions techniques, R&D, innovation…), avec des cycles de vente longs et structurés. Votre objectif : comprendre les enjeux, construire des réponses adaptées et faire avancer des projets de transformation digitale (PLM, CAO, digitalisation, innovation…).

Concrètement, vous portez une approche qui combine logiciels, services et intégration. Vous ne vendez pas uniquement une solution, mais des projets qui s’inscrivent dans la durée et engagent vos clients.

Vous pilotez vos opportunités de bout en bout, en lien étroit avec les équipes avant-vente et delivery. Le fonctionnement est collaboratif, avec un objectif clair : sécuriser la signature et la réussite des projets dans le temps.

Vous gardez la main sur la relation client et contribuez au développement du compte dans la durée.

🚩 LES ÉTAPES DU PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT

Après un premier échange de préqualification en visio avec notre Chargée de recrutement Gaëlle, vous rencontrerez et échangerez avec le manager.

🎯 VOS ATOUTS POUR CE POSTE

  • Vous avez déjà vendu des solutions IT B2B (éditeur, intégrateur, ESN…), idéalement sur des comptes grands comptes ou stratégiques, et vous en maîtrisez les codes
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans des cycles de vente longs et complexes, avec plusieurs interlocuteurs (métiers et IT) à embarquer
  • Vous savez évoluer dans des organisations structurées, identifier les bons décideurs et faire avancer vos opportunités
  • Vous avez le goût du résultat et du closing, avec rigueur et sens du timing
  • Une sensibilité ou une expérience dans l’industrie est clairement un plus
  • Le poste implique des déplacements réguliers (environ 3 jours par semaine) auprès de comptes situés sur le quart nord-ouest de la France, avec un rattachement à l’agence de Nantes. Nous privilégions une présence terrain forte : c’est au plus près des clients que tout se joue
