In het hart van het Groene Hart ligt ons kantoor in Gouda. Vanuit hier bedienen we een brede MKB-portefeuille in de regio. Wij zoeken een ervaren Manager Audit die niet alleen meedraait, maar samen met ons de volgende fase van de auditpraktijk vormgeeft.

Je werkt in een hechte praktijk waar vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en direct klantcontact centraal staan.

Jouw rol De auditpraktijk in Gouda bestaat uit een compact en groeiend team binnen de grotere Visser & Visser-organisatie. De basis staat stevig en dankzij de groei van de praktijk ontstaat ruimte voor een manager die wil bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team, de dienstverlening en de klantrelaties.

Je krijgt een stevige MKB-portefeuille in het Groene Hart en daarbuiten. Denk aan familiebedrijven en handels-, productie- en dienstverlenende organisaties met soms internationale activiteiten.

Je overziet controleopdrachten van begin tot eind, stuurt junior-managers en assistenten aan en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met Vincent Coevert en Willem de Haas en vormt met hen de kern van het auditcluster in Gouda.

Engyon & innovatie Je loopt voorop in de toepassing van nieuwe technologieën binnen audit. Met Engyon beschik je over een innovatief AI-gedreven auditplatform waarmee je samen met collega's bouwt aan een toekomstbestendige en datagedreven auditpraktijk.

Je komt terecht in een praktijk waar veel al goed staat. Dat geeft je de ruimte om te investeren in mensen, klantrelaties en de verdere ontwikkeling van de auditpraktijk.

Wat je doet Het grootste deel van je tijd besteed je aan dossierkwaliteit, vaktechnische begeleiding en de ontwikkeling van collega's binnen het auditteam. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor ondernemers en adviseer je hen bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken. Ook speel je een actieve rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van de auditpraktijk en draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor planning, kwaliteit en teamontwikkeling.

Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om te bouwen aan innovatie, data en commerciële kansen in de regio.

Jouw profiel Je bent een energieke en verbindende leider die mensen weet te inspireren en mee te nemen in ontwikkelingen. Je stimuleert groei binnen het team, bouwt aan sterke klantrelaties en combineert kwaliteit met oprechte aandacht voor de mens.

Wij vragen:

  • WO-diploma en afgeronde postmaster Accountancy (RA)
  • Gestart met de praktijkopleiding tot Registeraccountant (RA)
  • Minimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring
