Missions clés :

  • Conduite et réalisation d’audit de sécurité technique et de tests d’intrusion dans des environnements variés et complexes ;
  • Encadrement d’une équipe de consultants (management de proximité et de carrière) ;
  • Encadrer, animer et motiver l’équipe au quotidien ;
  • Réaliser les entretiens annuels, de carrière et de suivi régulier ;
  • Définir les objectifs individuels et collectifs ;
  • Participation au management opérationnel de l’équipe ;
  • Contribution et encadrement de la formation technique interne ;
  • Capitalisation et innovation (outillage, méthodologie) ;
  • Rédaction de livrables clairs et exploitables, en français et en anglais, y compris pour un public non technique.

Compétences, expertises et soft-skills :

  • Expérience solide (5 ans minimum) en tests d’intrusion et audits de sécurité ;
  • Technique de management et de conduite d’équipe ;
  • Gestion de projets avancée (campagne d'audits, projets complexes, gestion d'incidents ;
  • Polyvalence technique sur des sujets avancés (Cloud, CI/CD, Active Directory, Scanlan, hardware, etc.) ;
  • Avant-vente technique (définition méthodologies, charges) ;
  • Bonne culture sécurité offensive (veille, blogs, CTF) ;
  • Leadership naturel, sens de l’écoute ;
  • Capacité d’arbitrage et prise de décision ;
  • Goût prononcé pour la rigueur, la précision et la qualité ;
  • Aisance en présentation devant des publics divers (techniques, direction) ;
  • Humilité, esprit d’équipe, pédagogie ;
  • Résilience, adaptabilité.
